a worker you have a legal right

strength in numbers. A Union represents workers and assists them in providing

through the collective bargaining process.
TRAINING:

you belong to the International Union of
Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, you
also have the best training facilities available in the trowel trades. Our
training programs are registered with the U.S. Department of Labor and provide
Apprentices as well as Journeyworkers with the skills and knowledge that are
essential for your career in today's workplace. Our District Council Training

provides training through a professional staff of certified International
Masonry Institute instructors.
BENEFITS:
When you
belong to a Union within the construction industry, your benefits are provided
by the Union through collectively bargained hourly contributions. If you change
employment from one contractor to another, you do not have to worry about
leaving your benefits behind.
