When you meet
the eligibility requirements for welfare benefits you are entitled to a
benefit package from the Local.
Your benefit
package with Local 74 includes Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for
the member and his qualified dependents plus Life insurance and
Disability benefits for the member. The following exhibits breakdown the
